Admirals Go Down in Opener

The Admirals opened the 2004-2005 season with a 4-2 loss to the newly formed D1 team, the Leftovers. After a slow start, the Admirals made a late rush to close the game, with several near opportunities at the end of the game. Adrian Abramshuk opened his 2004-2005 account with 2 goals. Despite strong play from new goaltender Rob Jones, "we were clearly missing the on-ice leadership and inspiration of our captain" explained Dan Gerhan. Admiral team captain Apur Patel began the season on the injured list.
The Admirals play the Lions on Saturday Nov. 13 at 10.00pm at Aldrich Arena.
